You probably know all this but.....if you're going to breastfeed, you'll need some nipple cream to soothe your chapped pups. Don't bother with the mothercare one as you have to wash it off before you feed them, and then reapply it. Too much aggro - get the pure lanolin one which can be left on. Also some strawberry Ann Summers drops for Jon.
Have you got a breast pump? Avent Isis - very good. Microwave sterilizer is also handy - quick and easy.
If you haven't bought a bath yet - or if you are going to buy one - don't get one with a plug hole. For some reason we thought it was a good idea, but in actuality they are just uncomfortable for the babies to sit on and eventually they find it and start pulling it out every bath time........numerous times.

You could do with little pieces of material that you put over your shoulder for when the babies burp, gurgle or (sorry again about this) spew.
